Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & changes: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session start time. With 24+ hours’ notice, you’ll receive a credit note (no cash refunds). Credits are valid for 3 months, are transferable, and can be used for 1:1 sound therapy sessions only. Late cancellations and no-shows aren’t eligible for credit.
